Listen carefully to what they're saying in the broadcast.
1) They're talking about retail stores and NOT porn videos.
So of course more women are buying.
They're buying clothing, lotions, vibrators, flavoured condoms, etc.
2) That up 13% refers to a rise in the number of retail stores in the united states
Number of adult stores : 3,458; Up 13.8% in 2012
Again nothing to do with adult porn videos or porn video sales.
As for the wardrobe room with hundreds of thousands of dollars of costumes.
The room was not that big and nothing in there looked as if anything special. At best and only if the wardrobe department was stupid, there is perhaps 3k to 5k worth of clothes.
Fox is really stupid.
