We need to bring on another developer who can help with our various projects. We have developed our own in-house CMS's, but we also need help with CSS/HTML coding and integration (our designer lost his guy on staff) so that we keep all projects moving forward.

Ideally, it helps if you know multiple programming languages versus PHP alone. We are looking for someone who can jump right into the deep end, and get to work to help finish some things up.

NOTE:
* We do need you to sign off on an NDA.
* You also will need to submit formal bids (RFP) for each project, complete with payment milestones.
It is in everyone's best long term interest that we have realistic timelines, payment milestones, and clear definitions of what is and is not covered for every project and bid. If we need something outside of the original specs completed, we make sure you're paid for the extra work.
*You must have excellent communication skills, which entails giving daily updates on progress.
* Payments available by Paypal or bank wire.
* You must speak and write perfect English.
