how about a digest of that massive thread with the MOST important and damaging issues? that would seem to help a lot.
we do a lot of biz with SM and it does GREAT. i have also tested some pretty complex integrations myself (one-click account creation, whitelabels, etc) and never seen one issue on the SM side.
that said, if there is something thats happening thats causing problems it would be great to know about it.
