It's all about tracking. If you can code your links to each individual broker or individual site buy then you can look back and increase spending to what is working and eliminate or reduce things not doing so hot. Gotta test/track everything, traffic types clicked, skim, popunder, geo filtering, different brokers/individual site buys etc... Personally I can look back and see where every sign up/sale came from compared to costs and if ya can't do that then ya might as well open the window and throw your money into the wind. Buying/Analyzing traffic is a skill as there is no one size fits all, over time and a few wasted dollars you will figure out what works best for what you are promoting.
