Instead of trying to sell her images she could have me build her her own subscription website. So instead of selling it by shoot she shoots it all for herself and makes her own money.
I would create a full design and back end to where she can upload all her own content with no knowledge or code experience. CMS is built in, as well as advertising space for affiliates. I would code in landing page, tour pages, ccbill integration as well as any social media.
