North Korea isn't coming to their senses at all.
They can make demands all they want, we can clearly continue on the status quo - North Korea continuing to struggle just to get by, sanctions in place, while South Korea makes better and better cars.
I mean, seriously, it's fucking embarrassing... South Korea has been prospering for the past fifty years while North Korea is living in the stone age.
