Iggy would spit in your face, because, well, he is known as the "Godfather of Punk":
Note the sound, the style, and the dates...and then tell me that Iggy's music had nothing to do with punk, or better yet, ask all of the punk bands that listed Iggy and the Stooges as a major influence.
