I know for a fact that it is good for kidney stones, it breaks them down and it makes them smaller.

The best way (cheapest too) is to get a SCOBY (read wiki about what this is) and do your own. Once you have the "Mother" SCOBY all you need is your preferred tea and the know how of what to do to.

I paid like $3.50 for a bottle at whole foods. They said you can make a gallon for $2 (the cost of tea and sugar basically). And the scoby lasts forever since it splits and creates new ones almost every batch. I wonder if I can grow a scoby if I leave a store bought bottle out for a few weeks or if I'll have to order a dehydrated one from that site.
