How do you intend to kill off image sharing/hosting websites? They can easily survive without paypal or even premium membership.
pimpandhost.com is a good example. They are constantly stealing content and sharing it on adult forums.
Or even imagearn.com/ they don't have premium memberships.

Tumblr steals a lot of adult content. I'm constantly filing DMCA complaints against them and not getting a single respond.
