The taxpayers outgo is somebody else's income, this money goes to government contractors and Co, this is a wealth transfer of US taxpayers money to war profiteers. These Billionaire oligarchs always have their eyes on the tax pot, they see it as a free for all and think of any excuse to make a grab.
