We will take their domains, their assets and then have them prosecuted. We have found an almost universal problem of illegal content on these image hosts.
We will then have the payment processing of the advertising networks who support them mitigated if they do not co-operate with us in terminating such publishers.
For example if AWE keep playing this game of 'we're not responsible for our publishers' then I am going to begin going directly after the credit card processing they use worldwide.
Over the course of the next year, uncooperative ad networks will begin to feel a lot of pain.

Send us examples of this by forwarding full copies of DMCA notices to
[email protected] and send us an email to
[email protected] showing us examples where Tumblr are ignoring DMCA's.
We have never had issues with Tumblr complying with our requests.
