I don't know how good or bad it is now, but in my experience from 2 years ago and older, the best way to get support from AFF was... posting at GFY 
Seriously, without posting at GFY, I never, ever, EVER got a single answer from AFF support's regular contact. Never. I posted at GFY and Elli jumped, and that's the only way to get support from AFF. At least in my experience, and again, don't know if it improved now, maybe they did.
