We are looking for someone who would be able to take the vast resources we can bring to the table, and from there develop a premiere porn company. You must have experience, and be willing to relocate. We will consider a long term revenue share with the right candidate assuming you can deliver the goods.

What we bring to the table:

1. Unlimited inexpensive hosting (i.e. VOD, tubes, streaming).

2. Ten thousand licensed DVD titles.

3. Additional licensed content libraries from different providers.

4. Programmers, developers, designers.

5. Six+ worker bees to do data entry and other mundane tasks.

What we would be looking for:

Someone who can relocate, oversee, and develop an in-house team. Take all of the resources available, and build out a porn franchise from there. Additional resources available in regards to acquisitions, content licensing, etc..

We have tried many different people working remotely, and it's become clear to us why the larger adult companies prefer to hire in-house now. It simply is an impossible enterprise to try and accomplish this with a bunch of remote workers. You need the core team in the same office, with support staff can be in or out.
