I don't mind give a brother a helping hand; however, I don't think I should be required to support some shiftless, lazy, dope-headed dumbass who is not willing to put in a day's work.
I suggest we bring back the WPA and CCP to get these permanently unemployed people working again on public projects like parks, schools, libraries, etc.
