Comprehend before posting irrelevant article:
Meth and heroin, and crack are most harmful to user according to that very survey you quote:
"The panel concluded that heroin, crack, and meth were the most harmful drugs to individuals".
Alcohol is more dangerous to society (like alcoholics do the most damage or stuff like that) is what they are saying.
We are talking about harm to user, not harm to society in this thread.
Not to mention that these findings were "found" to back anti booze campaigns. Grain of salt is needed
