ClassAffiliates Rip Off!

I dont think there is much that can be done but I am pissed and wanted to share a series of emails and responses from classaffiliates to warn folks. (I think I will subscribe to one of their sites to get payment and appear to be active... then do the dreaded chargeback heh) See paste of email below. Scroll to bottom to see beginning of conversation.

Regardless of activity, I am still legally owed money for promotion given. Payments are a matter of legality and owed for services rendered. I will be posting this email and your response below on every webmaster board I can in order to make others aware of your unwillingness to pay monies owed as well as inquiring about legal action. Non payment in theft. I did you a service and you are required to pay monies owed.

Hey Emma,

Spent some time to find your stats?

As I told you in a previews communication, cutting the traffic will not help at all. The operators sees you as non active affiliate and usually the active affiliate have priority.

Please see the communication bellow:

Hello Emma,

Torturedrawing project was put on hold long time ago. It happened because of Mastercard new rules regarding content. So were BrutalViolence, DrawingPalace, FunnyBDSM and other similar projects.

We try to sort the content (if is possible) and I hope we can continue with a part of the sites.

The only products which remained up are Subspaceland and SensualGirl, the group.

I checked your status and your site. I found the invoice for the amount you mentioned. Tried to find out why is on hold. I can imagine that my supervisors saw that traffic and advertising from Alebeards.net is almost inexistent. The last signup happened in March 2012 which is 1 year ago.

Probably you sent traffic to a non existing site?

This I don?t know.

I would like to unblock this situation but there is something which is up to you also. I have to discuss your case with my management and as a hint, active affiliates have priority at payments?

Kind regards,

Cindy

Subject: [ticket] affiliate question

My affiliate name is emma_soji Ive been an affiliate for a long time and while I dont make a huge amount of sales, I was making sales that also brough in regular rebills. I wrote you a while back and inquired about getting paid. I have read on several forums that others have had this issue also in the past with your company and I would like to avoid a legal issue. I have temporarily taken my links down until i can be assured that I will receive regular payments when I earn them. The amount of sales has nothing to do with me getting paid. I have never broken any of your affiliate rules and I would appreciate a speedy response.
