I strongly recommend 99.com. Please refer to AddaChat.com on how to embed the chat to your site. It's a very unique HTML based chat room and it's completely ad-free. Users can post pictures, private message other users, create their own rooms, and best of all, it requires no-login information. Users are given a default name and able to start chatting right away. There's several different ways to customize the chat on the AddaChat site.
