If you wanna use Youtube for generating traffic, I'd seriously recommend focussing on mainstream advertising. Much more targeted traffic and less likely to get videos deleted, you'll still run into this problem though because your competition will report you anyway.
Deltav for adult related stuff I'd recommend using the smaller mainstream tube sites like Dailymotion, Vimeo and a couple of others. They have a NSFW category and in my experience content tends to be less likely to get deleted, even though you get less traffic it can work out better in the end because your videos will actually stay online.
