Rope you might suffer or you might rip your head clean off. CO2 you can't just go to the store and buy here (or at least I don't know where to), and rubber hose and exhaust you need a closed space you can fit your car and a rubber hose (which requires alot of work and premeditation). With drugs you might end up a vegatable instead of dead and you might suffer alot...
