I second that!
One of NATS competition told me what NATS "problem" was. It went something like this:
"They coddle their clients way too much. Often you will also see them giving clients that won't bring them lots of money extra perks or treating them like they are big players. That is why they will fail."
This was almost a decade ago. I don't see NATS failing anytime soon. Not too mention some of those coddled clients have went on to create rather large programs.
