If 1000 people lands on my blog and 200 of them clicks aff link and hits my sponsor it means 20% CTR for me. And I thought it was bad CTR, but seeing you post 3.50 I am confused.

If you're getting a 20% CTR on your Blogs then YOU are doing something right! That's exactly how I classify CTR - the rates from Blogs is what my affs tell me while the CTR from banners, tubes and ads i can for myself.
Most of my "blog" affiliates have blog farms and do the 'throw everything at the wall' strategy. LOL Maybe that's why it's where it is.
You're doing great work tho if you're getting a 20% CTR on your Blogs. Well done!!
