The world works on the concept of key groups who have attractive services being reputable and reasonable enough that people trust them. Obviously for more well established and "trusted" dealers with long standing reputations you can use your own judgement.. but with a quick wordpress blog thrown up with 2 paragraphs of "example" text.. I suggest you follow my advice.
Simply put,
use your common sense and better judgement when dealing with "these" types of people.
