Hi all !

I need some information about chargebacks. In the near future, I will start my own dating website but I am not impatient. I believe that I should make research as much as possible before I start.

My dating site will be non-adult. I've two questions to ask.

1-) I need some info about the calculation of the chargebacks. How can I calculate that ratio ? Does it depend on the sale volume, or the number of the sales ? Also I read something about first 50 chargebacks but didn't understand well. Could someone explain it to me ?

2-) Even I use 3d, can my customers chargeback ? (I want to keep low my ratio, so I decided to use 3d)

I honestly don't want you to waste your time answering this question, so I will accept a short answer, even links would be great.
