Thats all fine and well to talk about. I think that in practical terms, thinking that John Doe is going to sue a company that has funds, trying prove something which can't be proven, put his entire troubled life and troubled marriage, porn sites he's been to, surfing habits, wifes infidelity, private thoughts and fantasies as evidence in court and then have to pay the attorney fees of the other side when he loses... ain't gonna happen.
