If a site ticks all the boxes correctly on the due diligence then they get an account. The sums involved are to large to ignore.

We are working through this issue, however there are many different factors that make the Mega issue different from the vast majority of file lockers we have dealt with thus far.
However, my personal opinion is that Mega should not have Paypal.
