Please don't take what I write below as a "know it all" statement. The only reason I can make these statements is because I work with entertainers and company owners. I'm a finance guy who dabbles online. I don't know jack shit about generating traffic or programming and less about the nuances of photography / videography & editing.
But I do know numbers.
Money From Scenes:
Maybe I just run in different circles but the women I call friends / clients have been in the industry for 3+ years minimum. They are all getting $1300 a scene minimum. They shoot as often as they want. I just got off the phone with someone who travels to LA every other month and stays for 16 days. She shoots 14 scenes and is always booked. That's $109K per year just from shoots. She's going on her 6th year.
Money From Cams:
I have a lot of experience with this one especially with porn star cams. I don't run the studio, I don't get a piece of the action.. I have just helped a number of them set their pricing, manage their finances, set up a company etc. If they put in 4 hours a day it's $500 minimum in their pocket before taxes. Even the non-porn stars who know how to cam make great money. What's great money? Well .. we helped a rather plain looking but polished housewife here in suburban hell set up her cam account etc. She is dedicated and cams M-F for 6 hours a day. She grossed $127k last year. That's more than her husband makes as a college professor.
Feature Dancing:
Club owners tell me that they are only booking "A" list talent right now. The economy has hit the clubs pretty hard so they are not taking any chances on booking anything but the "A" listers. The average rate here on the east coast for "A" listers is $450 per show and they are booking them for an average of 5 shows. A friend was in town featuring and she asked me if I could chaperone while she was here. Basically I helped her get to and from the club, hung out in the dressing room, helped her with wardrobe, set up the table between shows for DVD sales .. photos etc and helped collect / count the cash at the end of the night. In total, between her feature fee from the club and cash from DVD sales, dances etc she cleared $6800 over the 5 shows ( Th, Fri, Sat ). This number is consistent with what I see / hear from clients as well.
Escorting:
Not sure who said it but I swear I saw someone say $300 - $500 per hour. For any pornstar listed in lets say the Freeones global top 50 and who is working with one of the top few agents ... its $1400 / hr minimum. Question for you guys... there is a really negative tone when many of you talk about escorting.. why is that? The only difference between escorting and shooting scenes is the camera and who pays who IMO. The best escorts .. are priceless IMO. God love em! Now no one can escort 8 hrs a day but experience would indicate 2-3 clients a day for a 4-5 day tour. Lets call it an average of 18 booked hours per tour. That's a minimum of $25,200 per tour minus 15-30% to the "Tour Manager". The smart ones actually claim most if not all of this money.
Website:
This has radically changed in the past 5 years. I do a lot of financial pro-formas / forecasting / analysis. I see the numbers from the accountants. I'll put it this way ... there are exceptions to the rule but many "pornstars" on that Freeones global top 50 make $2500-$3500 / month from their sites.
Exit Strategy:
This is where many fall short. The smart women who treat this as a career can work a long time and make a lot of money. But all things come to an end. What they should all ask themselves is... Then What?

Far be it from me to get in a pissing match with you, but for everyone you quote above, there are other stories.
Money From Scenes: Most of the talent I know don't make as much as you quote above or book that easily. And they are very hot and do good scenes. As most other posters say, some leave so quickly that it is difficult to get any additional marketing from them after a few weeks. Probably 50% of what is shot never makes it to the market.
Money From Cams: I'd say more like $50 an hour, based on models when they are honest, and discussions on stripperweb <admitted heresay.
Feature Dancing: Don't know shit about this, but again, on stripperweb, they don't seem too happy.
Escorting: $1400 may be what touring AGENCIES get, but the talent gets half or a little more than that. Regular escorts get ..... $300 - $500 even if they have done a few scenes. Unknown girls get $200/hr average.
Website: So many solo girl web sites have gone down, and so many never made money at all.
Overall I'd say your figures represent the top 10% of the market. Either that means you only work with the best (perhaps only they can afford your services) or perhaps that has simply been your experience.
