Great concept and a nice site if I do say so.
But for my two cents worth - I would make it possible to sort by either those who want "in house" people and more importantly those who will accept tele commuters.
Kinda sucks to go through all of the jobs that want you to relocate somewhere first in hopes of finding something you can do from home.
Honestly man, only a complete moron would relocate to Jersey.
