I've got a site that is running the PHPPlus photo rating script and all of sudden I'm getting error messages in the header showing on every page. Besides repairing the script I am looking to have a few custom things changed on the site including:
- Redesigned Skin Theme
- Top Menu Changes
- Footer Changes
Basically I want this site to receive a make over so that it is easier to use and looks better.
