I'm about to do this to a local restaurant unless I receive a cheque in the next week. I think their idea was to just ride things out without paying as long as they can since it is a totally new venture for them and the last 2 owners both went bankrupt. Probably not sure if they'll still be in business in 6 months. Fucking cunts.
