I don't have a problem getting ahold of them, but that could be because I hardly ever have any issues.
Just for shits and giggles, I installed the Password Sentry trial on my server a few months ago. It seems like a great piece of software, but my bandwidth use went up immediately after switching. Considerably. The only thing I can figure is that PS lets in more unauthorized users than Strongbox. PS has a better interface, though. To be honest, there are pros and cons of both that I really like, wish someone would merge the two.
