Can you please send me an email with the specific details of exactly where your Paxum card has been rejected (type/operator/location of the ATM), along with your Paxum account email (username), and any associated notices or other relevant information?
I don't know whether we will have chips in cards, but I will certainly ask for it to be looked into. Providing us with the specific details of your experience will enable us to investigate the situation with the bank.
