Another vote for wordpress.
Then go to a site that sells themes and buy a good one. My preference is ThemeForest.net. A good theme will run $45-$55. When you find a good theme, read the comments section. You will quickly get a sense of the problems you might run into and the theme developer's willingness to help/support you.
Another tip for themeforest, look at the "popular" section. Top themes like Avada and Enfold you will unprecedented support from the developers in the comment section. This is a must for me because you will undoubtedly run into some issues when you're new to wordpress and a one time $55 fee is a steal for the amount of support you will receive.
