They recently had a message about category spamming, you have to pick the category that best represents the majority of the clip, then you can use keywords for other things in the clip (the keyword function does not work yet, but will soon). For example, if a 5 minute video has 4 minutes of smoking and 1 minute of masturbating, you would have to choose smoking as the category and use masturbation as a keyword.
7.) only if you own the rights to it (or royalty free).. but to be honest, most people hate when there is music, and if you offer contact info they will most likely let you know.
