Do men who endeavor to add muscle size do so because they're "small"? Just like any other physical activity, there are all sorts of reasons. It depends on the man.
There's also the enhancement aspect of doing certain exercises (like kegels) where the goal is harder erections, more stamina, and control. This can, in some cases, also result in size gains. Not all men who do kegels do so because they have performance problems, either. Some just want to enhance their current level of performance.
