YanksCash is growing and hiring. In the coming quarter we will be re-launching three properties. We are looking for a temporary (3-6 months) hands on Marketing Specialist/Webmaster to help optimize and more closely integrate our affiliate program, pay sites and network of free sites with each other and our partners. Additionally this person will help us build traffic ahead of, during and after our planned launches and assist with the management and optimization of the properties themselves.
There will be some affiliate recruitment and quite a bit of thoughtful grunt work. We have someone on point to make the deals. We primarily need help implementing them.
If you excel during this three month period an opportunity for a permanent full time position will more than likely be available.

Tasks will include
• management of our tube site and content partner accounts on third party tubes.
• members’ area ad trade management
• affiliate management and optimization
• network wide ad and upsell management
• landing page and trailer creation
• mailer and newsletter creation
Your technical skill set must include
• proficiency with NATS and ElevatedX
• basic design skills
• familiarity with HTML
• basic understanding of SEO in regards to your tasks
• proficiency with Excel
• basic video editing skills
• excellent written communication skills
As an individual you must
• be an excellent and consistent communicator with strong spoken and written
English language skills
• be reliable
• be detail oriented – review your own work before telling us it's done
• be able to provide references and examples of your work that align with what we need now
• have a good standing in the adult space and have a respectable network
• possess an excellent ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
• have an understanding of how the adult eco-system functions and "get" what we are trying to accomplish with each project. We will take the time to provide a detailed plan for each project, campaign or initiative, however we need someone to work as a team member who understands the desired outcome and can be creative beyond the plan if the end goal requires it.
