Nobody is going to pay for shit traffic, muslim countries are shit traffic. Those customers are all in violation of the sites TOS already becasue adult content is illegal in muslim countries, and any boiler plate TOS will state that you cant access the site in places where it's illegal.
I don't know if bongacams is a scam or not but I def. wound't pay the OP either. As soon as I saw signups from proxies I would ban his account.
