Not if company claims they can convert it. I don't know what this guys Farsi site did but I had similar situation with AFF. They told me about taking Chinese traffic, so I pushed them shit load of it from hotlink substitution image. Had all hotlinked images on chinese boards display image with add "See more asian porn at domain(dot)com" So they manually had to put URL in, fuck around on my chinese site and then go to asian friend finder. Baaaammmm.. right at payout they converted me to some shit-fuck rate of 1 cent per join.
