Remote position for an experienced Affiliate Manager, Gay Market. Candidate must be results driven. Open to US and Canadian candidates.
Requirements:
3-5 years experience
Experience with creating ideas for viral marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (strong knowledge of Excel a must)
Knowledge of affiliate program software
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Self-motivated, creative and organized
Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills
High integrity, energy, motivation and enthusiasm
Ability to work independently and team settings
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of gay adult industry and established relationships is required
We need experts in business development and affiliate retention that will be fully accountable for:
- Aggressively driving sales through the program
- Recruiting Affiliates, creating and improving the relationship with them, optimizing those accounts
- Prospecting and developing your own portfolio
- Monitoring affiliate performance.
- Implementing specific initiatives to generate growth.
- Animating your network through different channels (forums, trade shows, challenge, etc.)
Pay: Heavily weighed on performance, based on commission
