Russian models is highly rated by members.
Do they have in Portugal or Spain or USA so big quantity of sexy girls locally? I guess no. And I guess no one model don't want to change state or city for job - easier for them work at home or in small local studio which will deduct small percent of model's income.
> Language and culture differences not a problem actually, every good looking model can make start* income after few days lessons.
> Expensive and slow means very different for turtle and rabbit. So let's calculate to make it clear:
- Country: Portugal
- Models quantity: 5
- 1 person ticket to both way: 800 usd (deducted from model income)
- Apartments for 5 person per month: 1000 usd (deducted from studio income)
- Start* newbie model earnings per month (8 hours work/ 8 rest/ 8 sleep): 2000 usd
- visa on 90 days so actually working period is 3 months minus few days.
- 5 new model's earnings, 3 moths: 30000 usd
- Studio percent of income: 60 %
- Models percent of income: 40 %
- Each model net profit (minus ticket), 1 month: 533 usd
- Studio net profit (minus rent), 3 months, 5 models: 15000 usd
- Studio net profit (minus rent), 1 month, 1 model: 1000 usd
If every month add 5 new models for minimum, then after 3 months it will be 15 stable working models, 5 of them will be change every month. 15 models it is 15000 usd net profit for studio per month. By fact quantity of new models per month will grow. And we may use models in another projects - blogs, content making, dating, club strip etc.

Yes sorry but, no way... it sounds like human trafficking to me. Customers fall in love with the girls so they won't be too happy when their favourite girl is sent away. You're dreaming if you think language and cultural differences can be evened out in 5 days. It can be illegal to pay people to work for you while they are in your country if they are not naturalized citizens. Airfare + Apartment + training + headaches + no long term return + possible human trafficing + illegal on at least 2 counts = super bad investment all the way around, sorry.
