What statement? The required disclaimer that claims have not been evaluated by the FDA? Or that the product is not intended to "diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease"

Regardless, a disclaimer doesn't mean you can position it as a drug intended to treat disease. Low testosterone can be the result of a number of diseases and medical causes which need to be diagnosed by a doctor.

This is very dangerous ground to be on. You are allowed to make claims defined by the FDA (called structural/function and disease) and the guidelines are grayish at best. The consequences as I know full well by working with a Dr since 2008 who prescribes supplements to treat a few different diseases and is in constant trouble, can be severe. He's a brilliant doctor but a retarded hippy that thinks he's guided by a moral imperative to fight "big pharma" and tell the world "fuck you" and he keeps getting large shipments of raw materials seized, huge fines etc. I am fairly well aware of what can and can't be said as they have their own legal team scrutinizing every apostrophe or common or semi-colon of the retail site.

Think about this... If you have full testicular failure or a permanent failure of the HPTA (hypothalimus, petuitary, testicular axis - which is the feedback loop that regulations testosterone production and levels in your body) due do brain damage, cancers, radiation treatments, testicular damage, drug abuse etc etc etc etc etc... nothing is going to increase testosterone levels other than injecting bio-identical testosterone into your body or using testosterone cremes. Can you understand the obvious problems with saying "take this pill, it will increase your testosterone levels" to the guy who got hit in the back of the head and has severe damage to his hypothalamus and pituitary gland and needs an endocrinologist, blood work and actual hormone prescriptions, not a late night infomercial selling fake crap?

Low testosterone is a medical problem - not a "i want a harder dick" problem.
