But now here is Eminarm doing a Live Performance, and there is Rubin, IN FRONT as if he's a featured artist of the band when clearly he is not.

So ok, we get it. He's the DJ, fine, but now watch at 2:54 for the breakdown. The DJ you hear is not Rubin. At first I thought they had another DJ in the back / right but they don't. The breakdown you hear is a part of a backtrack / recorded track.

Adding backtracks to live music is fine - I don't really care - but why have a completely fake "DJ"? Why have him right in front? And why is it Rubin?

To me it looks like he owns the rights to Billy Squire or something like that and said Eminem can use them IF he pays for and AND IF he features him (Rubin) in the Video AND IF he puts up on stage AND IF he is front and centre (or, left anyway)... Geeze.

really?
