If he was using the money as it was intended, using part of the money for further investments would be on the same level as admin fees for charities

not saying this is good or bad, just trying to further understand, as most of the info i can find are definitely bias

ie, someone who dies of assassination due to radiation.. doesn't seem like he was 'in it for the money'

however, it was interesting that his daughter was the one who was refusing the medical procedure to discover radiation.. too bad she didn't accept the 2 million from the Authority to do so at the time
