I'll have to confirm this observation... AK, even if one abusing host is stopping to pay, there are plenty of new ones who will pay or just say they pay but upload monkeys will go after it and there is no change at all.
I followed this thread as I thought you would make a real difference in fighting infringements, but it became "same, same but different" in upload monkey language
