Not speaking for AWE, but they not only have the best quality feeds today, those feeds are getting even better = it's a big priority for the company = but there's only so much you can do on the back end to fix poor quality video, and the lighting is the biggest issue between good and bad.

You can always work for companies that are not as concerned about the quality of the user experience
