The hearing test on youtube is not a proper test because depending on how it is compressed, some of the higher frequencies may be cut off.

This is probably a much better test as the files, pages and site are all made for the actual hearing test so we can assume the webmasters took compression into consideration.

If you find you can't hear the higher frequencies in any online tests, don't worry about it too much. Your computer speakers suck and producing a full range of sounds. If you are using a good pair of headphones from Bose or similar you will probably hear a wider range because that is what they are made for. In case you still can't, it could just be that your sound card sucks. The only way to know for sure is with a proper sound test with calibrated equipment.
