If people keeps blaming the government nothing will happened to them. From my observation 2 days before the typhoon takes rampage the president announcing on local TV's that people on specific region should not underestimate typhoon "haiyan". That place in tacloban always hit by typhoon but they're not expecting a biggest one with storm surge that killed them in the first place. They're not well informed what does "storm surge" means and they're not fully evacuated on there houses.

Agree with that , food and medication should be prioritize for now.
