Prestigious Mail Address
When you sign up for a Prestigious Mail Address with one of our business centres, if appropriate we issue you with a suite number (in some centres we have entire floors so a suite number is not appropriate). All mail addressed to your suite number / floor will be put aside for you, whether or not it is addressed to you personally or your company. As part of the subscription we notify you when mail or items have arrived for you into the business centre. You can collect your mail / items from the business centre which is included in your subscription or we can forward mail / courier items on to you for a small handling fee plus the cost of postage / courier fee.
Our pricing for a Prestigious Mail Address at any one of our 56 business centres is:
3 months $300 (i.e. $100 per month) + $30 GST = $330
6 months $480 (i.e. $80 per month) + $48 GST = $528
For some of our locations pricing for a 12 month subscription is simply TWICE the 6 month subscription being 12 months $960 (i.e. $80 per month) + $96 GST = $1,056.
For most of the business centres however, pricing for a 12 month Prestigious Mail Address subscription is: 12 months $720 (i.e. $60 per month) + $72 GST = $792. For these business centres if you sign up and pay for a 12 month mail box within 72 business hours of your initial inquiry (i.e. close of business Friday 15th November, 2013) you will receive 15 months for the price of 12 ($720 + $72 GST = $792) which works out at $48 per month + GST.

To get things underway simply EFT funds for the subscription you choose to the Virtual Headquarters bank account. On receipt of those funds, along with a photo ID (e.g. a Passport or Australian drivers license) which you can email [email protected] or fax to us (02 8231 6558), we will notify the business centre manager who will complete the set up process e.g. allocate you a suite number etc. We can be receiving your mail as soon as we receive funds and your photo ID.

Live Answering Service
On signing up for the FREE Trial we allocate you a local phone number (e.g. 08 for Perth; 03 for Melbourne) which is the number that Virtual Headquarters knows your business by. Whether clients call that number directly or you divert any other number (02 / 1300 / 1800 / your mobile etc) to your Virtual Headquarters number, we will be answering your calls instantly.
If you are interested in obtaining a 1300 number, still set up the Free Trial and let us know of your wish for a 1300 number. We can provision a 1300 number to your account instantly.

Virtual Receptionist Pricing
After the FREE Trial if you decide to upgrade to a paid subscription (and there is no obligation to do so), pricing for our Virtual Receptionist service is as detailed on our website under the Pricing Tab or simply click Virtual Receptionist Pricing.
At all times you are in control of how calls are answered and handled and therefore the charges you incur. For example if we take a message and email it to you, that is included in your subscription. If we call you on your mobile and introduce and transfer calls, we charge for that as we are incurring mobile diversion charges. In the Free Trial everything is FREE so you can see how Virtual Receptionist is going to best work for you without cost or obligation. Our scheduled fees are detailed in item 7 of our Terms and Conditions which can be viewed on our web site under the Contact Tab or click T?s and C?s.
With Virtual Headquarters there are no set up fees and no long term contracts. It is a month to month arrangement and you can move between plans at any time or cease the service at any time by simply giving us a minimum of just one working day?s notice. There are no cancellation fees.
Our pricing starts from $10 per month plus $2.75 per call and moves up from there. 5 calls a day is $85 per month, 10 calls per day just $125 per month and 15 calls per day $175 per month. Hence on the latter plan if you receive 15 calls per day for the month (i.e. over 300 calls per month) the price per call for your own receptionist to answer calls is only around 58c per call! For varied or higher call volume requirements, for example > 300 calls per month, we can tailor a Virtual Headquarters package for you. Our 1300 numbers are charged at $20.00 + GST plus the cost of the package you subscribe to.
After the FREE Trial we offer a 50% discount for the first two months for new clients signing up to our Virtual Receptionist Live Answering Service.
A Fax to Email service is also available for $10 per month and is available during the Free Trial. Just let us know and we will activate the fax to email service instantly.
My Assistant / Diary Management
If you would like our receptionists to obtain further information (i.e. in addition to the caller?s Name, Number and a Message) or book appointments, we are able to offer you a ?My Assistant? package and/or our Appointment Booking (Diary Management) Service. After Hours Calls (24/7 Service)
Our Australian based receptionists answer ALL calls during normal business hours which we define as 9am ? 5.30pm Mon ? Fri excluding public holidays. For those clients requiring calls to be answered outside of normal hours we offer the 24/7 Live Answering Service. After hours calls are answered by our UK and US based receptionists. Calls are answered and messages sent exactly like they are during normal hours. There is no charge to have the 24/7 service activated. After hours calls are charged at $2.50 + GST per call so you are only paying for calls we answer.
The 24/7 Service is available during the Free Trial. Just let us know and we will activate the after-hours service instantly.
Call Answering and Call Handling
With Virtual Headquarters, all calls are answered in your company name, with a greeting you choose. Our system allows for notes to be entered by you for our receptionists to refer to when handling customer enquiries. That way our receptionists are able to answer basic customer queries as well as obtaining the caller?s name, number and details of the call which can be emailed and / or SMS'd to you instantly. If staff are available for calls (you may alter that status at any time via the web), we can also introduce calls to the relevant staff member who can choose to take the call or indicate they are busy and would like us to take a message. That means, staff are always in control of how calls are managed.
