I don't get a clue of all these information snippets around and that for will not support this case until I what I do. Just my 2 cents...
All these claimed expenses sound very bloated and could easily be cut if you are facing troubles in financing the whole project.
For example: What the hell do you need Adobe Creative Cloud for? Are you doing webdesign jobs in part time to get some money in? You list three similar points (Cloud Services, SaaS, Server Fees, Cloud based virtual server fees)...
You claim that you collected 5k but need 9k to run the project at the current level, but now you go for an even more expensive office and almost want to double your office expenses?
You claim that you don't earn any money from it. What about your employees? I mean: All of us need to eat something...
The case is good if you look at it, but with all that lack of information it's impossible to get a clue about your whole project and what your motivation is. If you can't even cover your claimed costs and don't earn anything from the project, why do you continue making losses and want to expand the costs without increasing the income?
There are just a few cases left for me:
- You have enough money and are masochistic and want to loose more and more money... If so: Go for it!
- You are paid by some source you don't tell here to protect it (Tubes? some big filelocker(s)?)... If so: Hope you will fail really bad with it!
- You are just a one-man show and not able to earn some money in any other way so you thought about starting this campaign and claim high costs and bullshit... Without me!
- You believe in the industry that they will support you some day and your business will become profitable for you and you are able to invest some money to keep it going now. If so, you'll have to get more transparency or you will fail since it will not change significantly when you don't change it.
At the moment it smells very fishy for me...
