Photoshop is used to prepare images to be placed into reports, Adobe Acrobat Pro is used to create PDF reports from pre-defined templates for delivery to various organisations and agencies. Creative Cloud is $49 a month, cheaper than buying Photoshop and Acrobat Pro on subscription.

We have a fundraising campaign, in which we collected $5558.82 for the month of October. We also have expenses, however we also have external funding from several companies/individuals.
As for our office expenses, we currently pay for the office space shown above plus external document storage. The cost to us in time and money for deposits and retrievals to our document store combined with the need to more space mean that we need to do something, so what would you suggest as an alternative ?
