Many of these companies have link checkers for the pirates so when they are removed, they can re up new ones. Kind of gives the game away that the stuff is always located physically on their servers, doesn't it?
I would have thought the request of the physical removal of the content from their servers they host copyright infringements on, and failure to do so is in breach of the DMCA. No safe harbor... they are banged to rights and complicit in the eyes of the law. Love to hear from the many filelocker owners that have a hard on for AK here in between banging on about his "virtual office" what they do about this.
